1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The Website is operated by Provider Centre (ABN 49 610 695 068). The PROVIDER CENTRE is specially designed for all those who participate within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and also those who provide services under the scheme including registered and non-registered providers.
If you choose to access or use the PROVIDER CENTRE you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions of use detailed below (along with any other terms, conditions, and policies mentioned within the T & C below and any other notifications that form part of the PROVIDER CENTRE as occasionally amended. If you refuse to accept these terms, you must stop using the website or any services provided by it immediately.
PROVIDER CENTRE offers no warranty or endorsement of how reliable, accurate, or complete any Material published on the PROVIDER CENTRE or other websites linked to from the PROVIDER CENTRE may be, nor has it authorized them or does it represent them. This includes advertising derived from third parties.
PROVIDER CENTRE offers no warranty for any services or goods offered for purchase on the PROVIDER CENTRE by any third parties. This includes, but not exclusively, all representations or warranties from those providing goods or services that they are safe for their intended use, fit for their intended purpose, or of acceptable quality for sale.

To employ the services offered here, you must be aged 18 years and above. Usage will constitute agreement that you will only make postings related to services or goods available in Australia, that you will only post things appropriate to the area or category in which you place them, and that your postings will not represent any of the transgressions below:

PROVIDER CENTRE endeavors at all times to keep its services in proper working order and to protect its community. If you see any breaches of policy, offensive content, or other problem, advise us immediately. You have sole responsibility for any information you provide to PROVIDER CENTRE and all consequences arising from your postings. We may, at our sole discretion, reject, delete, or remove any content that we believe not to be appropriate or to be in breach of the terms and conditions. We may also, at our sole discretion, impose either temporary or permanent restrictions on a user accessing our services, or we may refuse to allow a user to register. Whilst still reserving all our legal rights, we have the right to impose warnings, limitations or termination of our services, to erase any content posted on the site, and to employ any or all legal or technical measures to deny users access to our services if we believe they are causing difficulties or not acting in accordance with either the spirit or letter of our published policy.
