How can I change my password?
1.To change your password, click on the sign-in section of the website and sign in using your existing account details (email and password).
2. Then click on update profile that will direct you to your profile where you can change your password.
3. Here, you will also be able to edit your contact details such as email, name, and location. For changing your password please refer to the Update Password section and enter your new password in both sections – New Password and Repeat Password. Then simply click on update Profile and use your new password to log in.
1. In the sign-in section where you can enter your login details, there is a dedicated section called ‘Forgot password’.
2. After clicking on this on the sign-in page and enter your email address in the field provided. You’ll then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the steps to create a new password – simple!
